Our PYP Curriculum

Our PYP programme for learners in Grades 2-6 is transdisciplinary, meaning learners explore topics in a multitude of disciplines and develop key study skills through inquiry, thinking, research, communication and self-management. Curriculum-based learning is used to promote intellectual and personal development, ultimately leading to positive action and service.

At our leading Primary school in Bergamo, each class has a dedicated primary years teacher who leads Language, Maths, Science and Social Studies lessons in English. Learners also take five hours of Italian per week. Subject specialists teach lessons in Physical Education (PE), Art and Music.
