Entry Requirements

At our IB World School, entry into the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP) is considered based on a careful review of each applicant’s previous learning journey. This includes academic records, language proficiency, and alignment with the IB learner profile.

The IB PYP and MYP routes aim to develop foundational study skills and promote a deep understanding that spans the entire syllabus; as such, children of all ability levels can enrol in PYP and MYP education.

MYP Admission: Applicants must complete entry assessments in Mathematics and English to evaluate their academic level and ensure appropriate placement within the programme.

DP Admission: Entry to the IB Diploma Programme involves subject-specific entry assessments to determine readiness for the chosen courses. Students must also demonstrate the academic discipline and motivation required to succeed in this rigorous programme.
